Exchanges, Repairs, Replacements Care Instructions

Exchange Policy:  If you are not satisfied with any item, you may exchange it within 15 days from the date of purchase, providing it is still in the original, unopened packaging. If the item is broken, through NORMAL use and not abused, I will repair it, if possible, and if not, I will replace it. No refunds are given, but we are happy to exchange,replace or repair any item that does not meet your satisfaction.

We are not responsible for the USPS, UPS, Fedex or other delivery systems. Tracking information is provided to the email address provided during billing and unless the delivery system states there was an exception reported during delivery, your package arrived unopened and undamaged. Exceptions may be considered providing the incident is reported to us within 3 days of the confirmed delivery date and fully supported by pictures of all sides of the package. We will do our best to help you with items declared as delivered with exceptions however, we cannot make any guarantee or promise to replace items damaged or lost by the delivery process.

Care Instructions:  Please clean your items with a soft cloth and do not submerge them into dish or bath water. Also do not wear your jewelry to the beach, in the shower or in the swimming pool. Do not use any jewelry cleaners as your pieces may become damaged or discolored. If you wear lotion or take medications, you may notice a slight discoloration under your rings, but this is normal and will not harm you or your rings. For hair accessories, just use a cool hair dryer or a sticky sheet to remove any dust. Do not put hair items into wet solutions. Store all of your Paparazzi Jewelry and accessories in a cool dry place.
